Return Policy

Returns are easy! We want you to be happy with your purchase from A-ttitude Apparel Boutique.  You may return merchandise for a full store credit, less shipping charges, up to 7 days after delivery.  

  1. Full Cash refund if you do not receive your order.
  2. Full or partial refund if the item is not as described.

We will email you when we process your return!

  • Your RMA must be entered within 48 hours of delivery.*
  • Your return must be postmarked up to 7 days of the initial receipt. Returns post marked after 7 days will not be accepted.*
  • Absolutely NO REFUNDS for items bought with STORE CREDIT.
  • Items returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) entered in our system will not be processed.
  • Your RMA is valid for 7 days. Please ship the items within this time frame.
  • Returns on sales invoices older than 30 days will not be accepted.
  • We do not accept returns on rhinestoned jewelry.
  • For speedier processing of your return, please provide the items with their original packaging and correct item number.
  • Items that come in sets (such as a necklace and earring set) must be returned in full (i.e., you must return both the earrings and necklace in an earring set).
  • Returns received in worn condition will not be refunded, and may be subject to a 50% restocking fee on the price of the item(s). Items must be unwashed and free of any stains from makeup, deodorant or wear.
  • Shoes returned with postage stickers on the original shoebox will be considered worn and will not be refunded. Therefore, please place your shoes in their original box inside of a bigger box before sending them back to us.
  • Intimates, Tights, Leggings, Socks, Cosmetics, and Final Sale items are non-returnable.
  • Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
  • Orders under $75.00 are responsible for the applicable shipping charges for non-damaged items returned. For damaged returns, please only ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) regular mail if you wish to be given credit for shipping costs. Any other shipping method will NOT be reimbursed.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us first. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us! Also when returning items please use a verified shipping company that offers you the opportunity to track your return as unreceived items cannot and will not be refunded or exchanged.


We do not facilitate exchanges.  Due to the high demand of our products if you send back an item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time.  Simply return your package by following the normal return procedure. We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return.   You may use the credit towards purchasing the correct item/size or for another item.

* Please note: Return shipping costs for orders under $75.00 are the customer's responsibility.  A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.

Items purchased with store credit, intimates, swimwear, bodysuits, tights, leggings, socks, cosmetics, and final sale items are non-returnable.
